Recent case study's01
Married couple with 2 children had an opportunity to buy a business worth $450k but needed to utilise equity in their property. We helped them topup their mortgage to within the LVR restrictions, whilst securing a general security agreement business loan, backed by the property up to 100% of the property value, to secure the last $100k. This is from the same bank they had tried approaching directly and said they couldn't assist. 02 Client was self employed looking for a new premises to run his Auto workshop from. He was growing exponentially and needed more space and his lease was nearly up. He worked out that the lease cost of a new space was substantially more than a mortgage would be, but he had no deposit. Through a major banks commercial policy we raised 65% of the loan as a mortgage over 15 years and the remaining 35% as an unsecured business loan over 5 years. The repayments initially are higher, but this resulted in minimal interest paid and securing a building to own, rather than lease. |
Our mortgage brokage services are 100% FREE
Being a mortgage broker we do not charge clients any fees as we are paid by the main banks. You can apply and up until the loan is drawn down – there is no fees or charges. Different banks or provider’s charge different fees but in most cases, main banks waive their application fees and will provide you with a cash back for new lending to cover legal fees and pay us commission directly based on the loan amount.
**Note, This applies to all main banks, If the transaction is of a second-tier/high risk nature, some providers do not pay us and a broker fee is included within the loan. If this will be required, this will be disclosed up front. |
